As Halloween starts to creep up, I am already looking for the right costume to wear. Last year, I waited until the last minute and thankfully I was able to rely on Partymart to send me a costume in just a couple of days via courier. I wore the outhouse costume which out to be a great success. In fact, I came in third place for the most original costume at the Halloween party I attended. This year I have decided to act a little quicker. I have already decided to team up with a girl friend of mine, and we are going as a plug and a socket; what a fantastic costume. I am sure I am a shoo-in to win the contest this year!

Being a party nut and an event coordinator, Halloween is my favourite time of the year. What other time of the year can you dress up like Captain Kirk, Fred Flinstone or Wilma without being ridiculed by your peers. I have had a very hard time trying to find a costume tailored specifically for pregnant women for this upcoming Halloween. When I landed on the Partymart website, I couldn’t believe the selection available. I am not sure whether I want to be a maternity Angel, maternity devil or a maternity nurse. Off to the beach...

When I was younger one of my favourite things to do was go to the beach. Now that I am older it is still fun to do. Thanks to Partymart.com I have access to tons of cool things to help make a beach party more fun. If you and your friends / family ever plan to have a big beach party why not pick up some beach themed items to help make it easier?

I personally recommend an inflatable cooler for drinks for starters. Then go ahead and get some palm tree cups or coconut cups. If your party is during the day you might want to get some sunglasses and hats. I recommend getting the fun in the sun hat myself as well as the martini sunglasses.

If you don’t feel like bringing chairs or towels to sit on why not go with some fun inflatable chairs or a beach mat? We even have some fun beach games you can play like inflatable beach balls, an inflatable cactus ring toss game or you can use some mini footballs.

When I was being told about a recent family party I heard about a really cool idea that had never occurred to me. The dj company that did this party created a dance floor out of bubble wrap. Now I know what you're thinking, how is this possible?

Well I’ll be honest, I do not know but the thought of it is making me curious.

All you really need for this is a big dance floor and a lot of bubble wrap. Cover the floor as completely as you want and just get everyone interested in trying it to take off their shoes. Once done get everyone jumping around to the music.

Just a warning but this will cause A LOT of noise most likely, especially if you have a big group.

I am an avid supporter of the New Years tradition, huge fan. But I also think of myself as a fairly big moocher when it comes to soaking up the atmosphere and enjoyment that others have so painstakingly planned. It was time to give back to the New Years community. This year I’m taking the bull by the horns and planning the greatest and most impressive New Years Bash that my friends have ever seen.
